Know what moved before it reaches you as news.
Name the company, field or regulation that could change your plans. Every signal shows how strong the evidence is, fact by fact, along with what moved and what to do. And the watch keeps running, so its history builds from day one.

What a signal looks like
Real signals from our sample watches, September 2026. Shortened for this page. Two examples to show what you get.
From our data center power-path watch (Domain · Commercial).
NVIDIA's first production-scheduled 800 VDC design explicitly preserves the existing AC facility. The grid-to-rack path is not being rebuilt for initial deployments.
NVIDIA's first production-scheduled 800 VDC power rack, launching in H2 2026, uses a "sidecar" that converts 415/480 VAC at the rack, with no upstream facility changes. Initial deployments will use existing AC infrastructure rather than a native DC backbone.
This is the most direct answer the evidence gives to the watch question: a named production schedule (H2 2026), a named topology (sidecar AC-to-DC conversion), a named upstream feed (415/480 VAC) and an explicit statement that upstream infrastructure isn't modified. That's a production architecture with a timeline, not a reference design or a collaboration announcement. Two independent sources agree on it; a third is consistent but unconfirmed, so this signal is marked Review.
StorageReview reports NVIDIA's "Option A" sidecars convert 415/480 VAC locally with no building modification, on a rack roadmap of 145 kW, 330 kW and 570 kW, with native 800 VDC targeting up to 1 MW per rack later. Vertiv says its 800 VDC portfolio commercializes in H2 2026, followed by pilots and a deployment ramp through 2027.
Near-term capital flows to conventional medium-voltage transformers and AC switchgear, already on long lead times, rather than solid-state breakers or solid-state transformers. Native 800 VDC infrastructure is a 2027-and-beyond story.
Reweight near-term supply-chain monitoring toward MV transformers and AC switchgear. Set a separate alert for when NVIDIA or a hyperscaler announces a native-DC ("Option B") facility that modifies upstream MV infrastructure.
- StorageReview, "NVIDIA Moves 800 VDC Power Architecture from Concept to Production": describes the H2 2026 sidecar topology with no upstream building modification. Direct evidence the AC facility path stays intact.
- Vertiv, "From Rack to Data Hall: The Practical Path to 800 VDC": confirms the sequencing, with commercialization in H2 2026, then pilots and a ramp through 2027.
- UnconfirmedSupplyICS, "AI Data Center Power BOM Sourcing Late 2026": reportedly treats 800 VDC as a roadmap and qualification question. Consistent with the two sources above, but the source itself couldn't be confirmed.

From our US dietary supplement manufacturing watch (Regulation · Regulatory). Regulation watches include signals like this one; The Report is not part of this plan.
Six Part 111 warning letters in eight months point to a sustained FDA enforcement tempo against dietary supplement manufacturers.
FDA issued at least six warning letters citing serious 21 CFR Part 111 violations at separate supplement manufacturing, packaging and holding facilities between February and August 2026, each preceded by a Form 483. cGMP enforcement is running at a sustained pace, not as isolated actions.
Six different facilities each received a warning letter in 2026 after a Form 483, all citing serious Part 111 violations, from inspections between March 2025 and March 2026. One letter is a report entry; the same action at six separate facilities is a pattern. Subsection-level detail on which violations recur wasn't available in the sources reviewed.
- 10 Feb 2026 Warning letter, Part 111 (inspection Mar–Apr 2025)
- 20 Mar 2026 Warning letter, Part 111 (inspection Aug–Sep 2025)
- 7 Apr 2026 Warning letter, Part 111 (inspection Oct 2025)
- 12 May 2026 Warning letter, Part 111 (inspection Oct 2025)
- 4 Jun 2026 Warning letter, Part 111 (inspection Sep–Oct 2025)
- 4 Aug 2026 Warning letter, Part 111 (inspection Mar 2026)
Facilities under Part 111 face an elevated chance of a Form 483 at inspection. FDA is completing supplement cGMP inspections and producing several public enforcement actions a quarter. Facilities without a recent inspection, or with an open Form 483 response, should treat near-term inspection risk as material.
Run an internal Part 111 gap assessment now. Benchmark SOPs against each subpart: batch and master manufacturing records, component specifications, laboratory controls, finished-product testing and records retention under 111.610(a). Document corrective actions before any scheduled or unannounced FDA inspection.
- VerifiedSix FDA warning letters, February–August 2026: each establishes an inspection, a Form 483 and an escalation to a warning letter citing Part 111. The full signal links to every letter.
- VerifiedFDA Small Entity Compliance Guide, Part 111 cGMP: confirms record-retention under 21 CFR 111.610(a) as a benchmark FDA uses during inspections.

Not your industry? These are just two examples.
Signals works for any company, field or regulation you name, from medical devices and specialty chemicals to packaging, aerospace and consumer goods. Tell us what you want watched and your first signals arrive by email.
Set up once. It keeps watching.
- Set up your signal.Use our setup form. It asks the same questions as setting up a signal on the Ezassi platform, plus a few about your company, so every signal tells you what it means for you. It takes about ten minutes.
- Get your first signals within one business day, usually the same day.Your first signals and a full profile of what you're watching arrive by email. Each signal says what happened, how strong the evidence is and what to do. After that, an email arrives weekly or monthly, whichever you choose, plus a recap at the end of your first month.
- Add four more watches. In week three, we'll suggest four more watches in the same field, and you choose which ones to add. That's when you start to see the same event surface across more than one of them.

| 3 research reports on your subject, one a week: Overview, Trend Scan and Deep Insights | Research reports as an add-on |
Your three research reports
All three cover the subject you're watching, and each one goes further than the last.
- Overview
- What is it, and who's involved? What the field is, the problem it solves, the companies, research groups and investors in it, and where development is heading.
- Trend Scan
- Where is it heading, and who's moving? Market size and growth, who competes, the technical and commercial hurdles, who's investing, buying or partnering, and the opportunities and risks ahead.
- Deep Insights
- What should your company do about it? How the subject fits your company's strengths and gaps, whether to build, partner or acquire, which companies to approach, and a 90-day plan with go/no-go points.
Evidence you can act on, not another news feed
Primary sources, not headlines
Every run draws on the 3DScout Library of 360M+ patents, publications, grants, clinical trials and company records, as well as the open web.
Every fact is graded
Each fact is tagged Verified, Review or Inconclusive. Each signal carries a strength band, a time horizon and a recommended action. When the evidence doesn't support a call yet, the signal says so.
History builds while you watch
A watch started today has a record next quarter. One started next quarter doesn't.

Watching a regulation?
Regulation watches include signals only: forward-looking changes, with the evidence and what to do. They don't include The Report, our monthly record of recalls, import alerts and effective dates. Accurate reports need direct connections to agency data, which this plan doesn't cover. If you need The Report, talk to our team.

These are the same questions you'll answer when you set up a signal in Ezassi. The clearer your goal, the sharper your signals. Your first signals arrive by email within one business day, usually the same day. Free for 30 days, no card needed.
What you tell us about your company is used only to explain what each signal means for you. It's never shared and never used to set up anyone else's watch.
Opens the Ezassi setup form. It takes about ten minutes.
