Open Innovation Management Program

We cannot solve a problem by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. – Albert Einstein

A Complete Solution for Building, Growing & Maintaining

The Resources to Guarantee a Successful Program
Guaranteeing incremental, adjacent and transformational successes takes a team of dedicated people, a proven process and the technology to support it.
The most successful innovators are the ones with experience because they have been through the trials and tribulations of building something from nothing. They have successes, they have failures AND everything in between. No matter how bright the bulb experience makes a world of difference.
Open Innovation takes a progressive mindset. Traditional corporate thinking can be unreceptive to new ideas and follow a don’t ask, don’t listen policy. The first step in launching an Open Innovation Program is getting everyone at the top to embrace innovation beyond internal R&D. For some, the start might be expanding beyond one department to the entire organization. Once you prove success with internal innovation chances are, you’ll be able to expand into external or Open Innovation.

How do you launch an Open Innovation program?

It begins with a leader, an advocate. In addition, the best programs have dedicated (1-9) FTEs focused on innovation. Launching an Open Innovation program can be daunting, let alone costly, especially if you are looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record.
